In Fruition We Trust

Welcome to Fruition Artist Management and Services.

We provide a complete suite of services for artists and labels including campaign management to cover distribution/aggregation with audience development and tracking.

Fruition Music is headed up by Rod Thomson who has experience in all aspects of the music industry sector. Experiences have included working for major and independent labels including Island Records and Rough Trade. He has also managed artists signed to major record companies including Parlophone and independents including Rough Trade.

He started in distribution with Rough Trade and The Cartel and was responsible for over half the NME C-86 artists. Following this came an excursion into MCR working with artists such as 808 State, Inspiral Carpets and The Charlatans in the late 80’s. He has experience in A&R, firstly in publishing with Island Music and followed shortly by involvement with A&R at Island Records.

He then had success as artist manager of Bentley Rhythm Ace, starting their career with Skint Records and signing to Parlophone resulting in a career milestone…a gold disc.

Going full circle back into distribution in Digital Distro working in the D2C and digital aggregation sector since 2005. Managing tech developers for the platform and coordinating the D2C solutions for artists such as Radiohead and Sigor Ros for EMI.

With such a rounded industry experience Fruition Music is perfectly placed to offer a complete artist services solution with our preferred third-party platforms. For D2C distribution Ochre, for aggregation to DSPs and social media platforms Believe Digital. Fan tracking and audience development, Fanweave and social media marketing partners.

In short, Fruition Music manage third party solutions for bespoke campaigns around artist releases.
